Good benefits, pay starts at 50k for trainers, 0-8% bonus every year, new hires start with 15 days PTO with an additional 5 days after 5 years of employment
Cons
Lots of nepotism, everyone is married or related to each other in some shape or form, team leads are chosen based on years of service and not competency or leadership skill, moving to other teams is a lateral move, no upward movement, trainers are on the road 100% of the time so you have no life
