You Will not get recognized for work, less salary, politics in every department if you want to do certification do it with your money no growth... technically and operationally.... promotions if you are a relative of manager profit sharing very less HR is very rude They will hire computer engineer and b.com graduates for the same profile employees are treated like dogs If you will get another job with this profile, you are lucky.....
