You Will not get recognized for work, less salary, more of politics, Manager prefer Chatu Employes Cont Night shifts ( which effects your health) No Night allowance promotions if you are a relative of manager or a big time Chatu you ll see a computer engineer and a graduates and a college drop out working for the same profile. company ll always think of their own benefits, If a employee leaves job they ll say aao toh welcome jao toh bheed kum .. Tu nahi toh koi aur sahi .. Till the time you ll come to know the main funda of company you would have completed more then 8 months. I would suggest you .. please do not ever join this company ... Not a real good place to work with .. you ll never get another job with this profile. I am very dissatisfied.
