Pros

My co-workers were awesome and a lot of fun to work with. Same for the most part with the mentors. The pay is average but the benefits are pretty good.

Cons

They get you in the door with a bunch of lies about how you'll be helping customers and solving issues. This is however, a call center job. They want you to help the customers but only if you can accomplish it in under 7 minutes. If not, you set up a case and the customer may wait 48 hours for a call back. The customers are very rude and you're expected to jump back in call after horrible call within 1 minute of the last call ending. Some reps were able to make the outrageous numbers they want you to hit but most people are not and you are blamed for that instead of poor training. The training you are given is 3 months dedicated mostly to training the trainers. It's worthless, painful, and required. I eventually walked out because you can't even give a 2 week notice without them firing you (this is true and happened multiple times). If you think you can handle 2 years of an extremely toxic environment, you can post out of the department but only if you maintain your numbers and hide any negativity from the team lead who is at best emotionally unstable. Also, if you are or become pregnant or have kids, you will be treated unfairly and expected to put the job before your children's health.
