- Interview process is very poor, you have wait long time. - Bond policy, doesn't matter fresher or experienced(1.5 years) -Not recommended if you are hard coded programmer and want to learn latest technologies - Worst code quality and not human readable, code is not flexible and if you want to change something you have to think 10000 times, you will forget java standards here. This is because they don't have software architects.
