Pros
It's a great place if you are a Beginner. Good place for a fresh college graduate to get acclimatized to a company culture. Family owned company, Family type culture. If you are hardworking and show interest you will get recognized (Not promoted). Build relations/network with interterms and be social and get to know a LOT of colleagues. Moving within departments internally at the company is a big bonus. I learned about a lot of things Training, integrations, product, implementation on how they operate and finally determined my calling was product.
Cons
You are not hired based on your degree. Your colleague doing the exact work as you could be anyone engineer, MBA grad, doctor, lawyer but still get paid and work the same as you. Promotions are based on seniority not on talent.
