Pros
You'll learn a little bit of everything. There is always job security. A great company to get your foot in the door of healthcare IT.
Cons
Reviews are entirely subjective; if your lead likes you, you can get up to a 5-figure bonus. If they don't then you'll be lucky to get 2-3k. Depending on who your boss is, you'll either be left to flounder and fend for yourself, have a micromanager second guessing every decision you make, or just treat you terribly. Look elsewhere if you're trying to progress up the ladder; they pride themselves on having a horizontal structure but that's just so that they can keep underpaying everyone by 15-20% of their market value. This also results in little to no career progression. The only way you'll be promoted is if you're related to the owners or are a white woman. Very startup-esque culture in that there is almost no guidance or training for critical job responsibilities because they don't see the need to nurture and develop their employees' talents; they can always just hire someone from overseas and pay them even less than you and treat them 5 times as bad.
