Pros

Most employees care about their clients and are willing to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done. Most employees work in teams and will work together to try and provide excellent customer service. The work life balance seems to be good in most cases.

Cons

You get little opportunity to learn out side of your job function, a lot of office politics, as another reviewer mentioned, no formal internal processes and extreme nepotism. Please note the extreme nepotism as the employees that are moved to new positions or promoted are directly related to another non American team member or one of the Indian owners. Few Americans are ever offered any advancement, career growth or job change. Many non Americans are allowed to stay in the company even when after years of poor customer service skills both internally and externally. Its a joke that the company is trying to sell Six Sigma services to sell better process improvement when the internal work processes are in a state of disarray or worse and there is no real effort to correct these flaws.
