Pros
The team is really good. Always there to help each other out. Even team leads are good too. Always there to help you. Good a/c cab services are available for pick up and drop.
Cons
Salary is less compare to other companies. The billing team is more likely a call center. No space to grow. Completely single software centered. So there is not much to learn. You keep repeating the same thing over and over again. Your shift timings can be extended if you are not able to meet your targets. The stress and pressure is too high for any billing team member.
