Pros
this is a good place for someone new to the working world. the company offers a great product for providers and the quality of their products are the reason they continue to grow
Cons
this company has poor communication/interaction skills both internally and externally. the only employee training/education they focus on is product knowledge. SAMs are barely trained to manage accounts at high volume and are treated like the slaves of the company. every team pushes their work on the SAMS like the SAMs are supposed to know everything. the support teams never listen to clients and are always trying to address their issues prematurely. SAMs are trained to interrogate their own co-workers, specifically support teams to make sure they are doing their job correctly.
