Pros

1. Travel opportunities if you're in tech support, for rest of the teams you have to ingratiate your manager to get such good opportunities. 2. Good technical exposure, but again totally depends on who you report to. Not all leads and managers are willing to let their subordinates use their own ideologies to do stuff the way they like. 3. Good workplace to start your career, good for freshers.

Cons

1. Some undeserving people are leading the teams (mid and low level management). These leaders are insecure with their own subordinates. Due to this reason, they do not communicate well within the team, they do not give good exposure and are not willing to even listen to the ideas their subordinates come up with. Immaturity level is seen when they put their own subordinates on spot in front of upper management without that person knowing about it just to cover his own mistake. 2. Some Team Leads/Managers are most of the times unreachable or do not wish to communicate with their team which leads to lack of timeliness in the deliverables and increases the chances of rework. 3. No cultural/outdoor events are arranged. Also, no indoor game equipments such as carrom, TT, pool, foosball are made available. 4. No feeling of healthy work environment.

Pros

Supportive coworkers who were always willing to teach, answer questions, and help me succeed.

Cons

Management needs significant improvement. I didn't feel supported or properly trained, and there was an expectation to know how to do tasks without adequate guidance. Communication was often unclear, and feedback focused more on mistakes than coaching. I also felt isolated, and it seemed employee concerns were discussed with others instead of being addressed directly. A more supportive and communicative management team would greatly improve the workplace.
