Most people there are awesome. If you do your job and keep your head down you'll be fine. They dont like trouble makers....

Cons

By Trouble makers I mean anyone who has a problem with how the way things are run. Managers take credit for work that team does and subordinates are rarely shown appreciation. Alere has brought new policies that are CRAZY and managers are too afraid to stand up for their teams. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM THE ACCOUNTING DEPT!

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
