Free Covid Tests for employees

Cons

Poor training, low oversight, understaffed, lack of support prevents employees from having any resources to provide clients with necessary information. Very poor communication. No cooperation between departments. The customer is the lowest priority.

The people that make leadership look good while are continually overworked, under appreciated and u fee paid.

Executive leadership will lie and threaten to save themselves the extra work they’re putting on their teams.

Pros

Great opportunities to learn about the drug testing industry; Salary is decent; Ability to move around to other departments; Ability to work from home, depending on the department you work within; Dress code is work casual, and just casual at times; Efforts made to hire diverse team members.

Cons

Strict company policies that are only sometimes enforced; HR does not adhere to Abbott (parent company) policies; Staff is overworked and promotions are limited unless you wish to jump into a new department and learn their workflows and processes; No accountability for any managers who are behaving unprofessionally; No work/life balance; No annual review for managers, so HR and directors do not evaluate performances, or correct poor behaviors.
