Pros

Working hours were very flexible with the ability to work whenever ad long as the 40 hour requirement was met with the option to work from home.

Cons

Management was the worst that I had seen. Inept managers without clearly defined roles provided a really bad atmosphere with low moral.

Overwork. Embarrassingly underpaid - the average CSM base salary is $75k. At eScreen you make $45-50k base salary for the same work. EXTREMELY OVERWORKED. You will drown in work. Going on vacation is scary because you may come back to a pile of work just left for you because there’s little to no support. Management does not do a good job at advocating for their employees. No bonuses structure because they don’t create KPIs or Metrics that you can be paid for when it comes to retention/renewal/upsell of clients
