Too much to name. Perhaps what I like most is that it is one of the least politically charged places I have worked. The amount of team-work and lack of "me" or "I" before "we" is refreshing. Next, I would say is how much fun it is working at a robotics company. There are literary so many moving pieces, and so much innovation that needs to happen, that there is always something new to work on! Next, it is one of the places where if you are a bad manager, word gets out, and HR steps in. Its one of the few places I have worked where if you cannot work well with people, or you continually miss your goals, they will hold you accountable. I love working somewhere that wants to hire and keep A players. The level of transparency from ELT in quarterly updates and emails is refreshing. Perhaps for me, personally, getting to work on projects that don't die on the R&D vine but actually get commercialized and released into the world is most thrilling.
