Pros

Capable individual contributors but everyone is demoralized

Cons

- No structured, top down decision making that sticks for more than a month -Undisciplined leadership with no overall cohesion in the business plan -Leaders are allowed to actively go off plan for pet projects and hide numbers from other arms of the business -Rather than take accountability, there is constant finger pointing Overall, this place is chaos incarcerate driven by unaccountable egos that do not care about what it does to the people tasked with the work

We are so proud of the tremendous growth and success we had over the last year as a result of the hard work and dedication of our valued, capable team members. We also recognize that growth and bringing on new leaders can create a lot of change in the organization and that can sometimes feel a bit chaotic. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will certainly look for ways to better communicate the structure in our planning and decision making going forward.

Pros

Your teammates will be great. The benefits are decent. There's always more to work on which is what I enjoyed.

Cons

They hired too many middle managers. Brought in a new CEO that doesn't really care about you as the old one did. You'll get to work long hours with management telling you everything is okay but never appreciating your work. Some managers will actively try to undermine you and gaslight you into thinking you're not doing enough, especially if you're a woman. Don't bother making complaints to HR, they fall on deaf ears. They rely too heavily on "local market values" for pay instead of just paying employees what they're worth. Upper management grows and grows to manage fewer and fewer people. I'm not sure what some other reviews are talking about not being interrupted on weekends for work. I was contacted on weekends, on vacation multiple times, and after I left the company, twice! Little did I know, if you're salaried and work on PTO, you're supposed to get those hours back by law and the employer has to pay you for working for 8 hours. There's a whole lot of talk about "helping the planet," but lots of it is just fronting. I joined the company because I believed in its mission and did my best during the years I was there to further that cause. By the time I had left, it became an empty statement passed around on slides.

Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound like you always felt heard during your time with the company, but we appreciate you making an additional attempt to provide feedback here. We take feedback seriously and strive to take positive action in response to feedback, when possible. There have certainly been a lot of changes in the company over the last few years as we have navigated the challenging economic climate and worked to position the company for strong growth in the future. Successful change and growth only happens with lots of hard work by all of our employees and we are very appreciative of that, but we can always do more to actively demonstrate our appreciation every day – thank you for brining this to our attention. Regarding pay, local market pay rates inform our pay practices, but we also place significant weight on skill set, experience and individual performance. In our most recent review cycle, we made pay adjustments and promoted many employees in the company based on the market data and outstanding individual contributions. Please feel free to contact me at HR-help@ecoatm.com directly if you would like to further discuss your specific experience with middle managers at the company or any other topic.

Pros

You get to work from home.

Cons

New Management and New CEO does not care for the people. They got rid of people with great knowledge who worked there from the beginning. If you know more then them or challenge your work load your out. Dont bother to go to HR they are a joke starting from the top. Everything they tell you are lies. You work long hours to be td ots not good enough.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are disappointed to read that you have not enjoyed your time here the last few years. A lot has certainly changed as we have grown, but we continue to care deeply about our employees and value their hard work. We wish you had brought your concerns about HR to the CHRO directly - she would have welcomed the opportunity to address them. Please feel free to connect with HR, including the CHRO if you have additional feedback you would like to share.
