Pros

Started out great as a growing, caring team of people with goals. Benefits are pretty good.

Cons

All the negative reviews are pretty accurate, but I wouldn't aim the negativity at all of the people in HR. That team has lost some amazing people in the last 3 years. The current climate is that no one on that team wants to speak up for fear of repercussions from CHRO, expectations are very high and almost impossible when you don't replace people who left or they are replaced by incompetents who don't understand how to listen to people. It's sad to observe what one executive can do to a culture and push good people out the door.

As you know, we are in a growth stage which requires strong accountability to successfully achieve our objectives. With that in mind, we have hired several new HR employees over the past 6 months who bring rich HR experience and fresh perspectives to the team. We are thrilled to have them onboard and look forward to their contributions. Similar to many organizations, COVID has halted business travel plans for the past few years. We are hopeful that it will be safe for our employees to travel again soon, including to our business critical processing center in Kentucky. Nothing good. Best to stay away.

Cons

Culture of yes man from Top to bottom. If you said no, they fire you right away. The bonus and incentive look attractive on paper, but is meaningless if they ding you on performance for speaking up. Just keep saying yes, and find way to push the blame to someone else. Terrible culture.
