2yWe are so proud of the tremendous growth and success we had over the last year as a result of the hard work and dedication of our valued, capable team members. We also recognize that growth and bringing on new leaders can create a lot of change in the organization and that can sometimes feel a bit chaotic. We greatly appreciate your feedback and will certainly look for ways to better communicate the structure in our planning and decision making going forward.
