Exposure to many different areas, too much scope with multiple websites, kiosks and DC. Defenitely moving to more data based decisions. Difficult marketplace to manage. In tough times the business will do well.

Cons

too much scope with multiple websites, kiosks and DC. Hard to succeed with heavy CEO involvement in everything. Environment is tough and very territorial leading to high turnover.

Nothing good. Best to stay away.

Cons

Culture of yes man from Top to bottom. If you said no, they fire you right away. The bonus and incentive look attractive on paper, but is meaningless if they ding you on performance for speaking up. Just keep saying yes, and find way to push the blame to someone else. Terrible culture.
