Thank you for taking the time to express your concerns. At times the business needs to make difficult decisions to end an employee’s employment. Recently, a few individuals were affected. We do not take these decisions lightly and we do not disclose details around an employee’s exit, as these details are confidential. We do however, take into consideration all aspects of the employee’s history before the final outcome is decided.
To summarize on a positive note, we are a growing team and scaling the Support Department to ensure we continue to provide great customer experiences. We are currently promoting enthusiastic, positive, high performing people within the department and continue to look for great people to join our highly regarded Customer Service team.
