so during my phone interview I had to dig it out of her how the hours work.
this is for remote home work.
There are 3 shifts, with the final shift ending at midnight.
they are 4 month long shifts and after that your hours may change.
They do first pick for hours based on performance. So the better you are at your job the least likely you get stuck finishing at midnight for 4 months.
There is no pay difference for the night shift either and apparently no choice with what you get stuck with. I know shift work isnt for everyone but I can't imagine trying to juggle your life where you are massively changing your hours every 4 months.
