Pros
The work experience as a young person out of college is excellent. Good if you want more responsibility at less experience - tagged as lead & mentor junior folks, deal with complex issues ,and are able to interact with important client personnel. There is definitely a family feel to the place - your team becomes your family and your partner becomes a mentee and role model. The CEO is truly a great man and knows most of them by name.
Cons
My work place constantly changing over few years – excuse given will be “the company is constantly evolving” but to a certain extent its true. The rating and feedback process is not very transparent that does not do a good job of differentiating top performers from their less successful peers
