Pros

- Good exposure on various verticals - working with industry giants like Cisco, Ruckus, Synaptics (only limited to certain projects) - A young employee environment - not too much age gap between employees, minimising intra-team politics - A clean office with good basic facilites, POSH policies are good.

Cons

- Mishandling of resources, reallocation of employees to different projects based on lame reasons, extreme disregard to employee's skills and area of expertise. - Cheap mindset of the management to replace experienced employees with interns, for lower remunerations - impacting collective expertise of the workforce in a particular domain. - No real project or product. Working with the scrap projects of customers: no innovation and industry learning. - Inhuman level of workloads and severe mismanagement by the team managers; Politics, favouritism, you name it, they have it. - A decent salary for freshers, but the graph falls flat once you remain, since they consider you a burden and replaceable with an intern. - No basic facilities except Water, no employee engagement activities, refreshments etc.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and for recognizing several positive aspects. We would, however, like to clarify that some of the concerns raised appear inconsistent with the very experiences highlighted in the review. The acknowledgment of a collaborative young employee environment with minimal intra-team politics does not align with the claims of widespread favouritism and workplace politics. Similarly, appreciation for our POSH policies and office environment reflects the organization’s continued focus on maintaining a professional, respectful, and employee-conscious workplace. On facilities, we note you’re simultaneously acknowledging a clean office with good basic facilities and claim that there are no basic facilities except water. Both statements cannot be true and both are yours. We would also like to address the statement regarding “no real projects” or “no innovation.” Our teams work with globally recognized customers in domains such as networking, Wi-Fi, and Edge Devices, which provides employees with exposure to complex technologies and evolving industry challenges. The opportunity to contribute to such engagements itself offers significant technical and professional learning. As an organization operating in fast-paced technology domains, project allocations and team movements are guided by customer requirements and business priorities. Hence such decisions are made with careful consideration toward project continuity and long-term organizational needs while balancing engineers’ interests. As for appraisals, they are performance-linked. Tenure without growth has never been and should not be a standalone basis for increment. On Interns: they are assigned to active projects rather than kept to classroom-based learning ensuring their training translates into real work, with tangible value for the team. On engagement activities, activity frequency was impacted during a period of office renovation due to space constraints. We acknowledge that there was a dip but it is a temporary disruption. We value constructive feedback and remain committed to continuously improving the employee experience while fostering a culture of learning, collaboration, and growth. We wish you all the best.

We’re glad to hear that you find this a good place to work! That’s one of our core goals and it’s great to know it’s being reflected in your experience. Regarding work pressure, it's true that high-quality work often involves challenges. Our customer base includes pioneers in the Wi-Fi and networking domains and maintaining high standards is essential to be successful as we also parallelly grow in the Edge Devices Segment. We recognize the intensity of these expectations and hence provide flexible working hours with WFH options to balance it out. If you are still facing issues, we would highly urge you to reach out to our HR Team.

Thank you for your feedback. Concerning salary hikes, we aim to offer competitive compensation aligned with individual performance rather than solely market standards. We understand that this can lead to discrepancies in salary growth, as each engineer’s increase is based on their personal performance metrics. We appreciate your understanding of this structure. As for Work Pressure, we understand that the work can be fast-paced and challenging. Our commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for leading clients means that our projects can be demanding. While this environment can be lively and engaging, and offers personal growth opportunities through upskilling, we are continuously exploring ways to better support our team and ensure a manageable workload. Meanwhile we urge you to have a word with the HR Team to raise and rectify any concerns you may have.
