Pros
Company is good with fantastic team to work with and it was very easy for me to get on with the project right from beginning. Juniors should have been given more support (at present only from Team Leads, not from seniors) to make the jump up each step. Team Leads are very good in nature.
Cons
People are very work focused which is understandable. Encourage more socialising among teams and in the office during the day to keep employees engaged.
