Pros
The People here are great to work with. Everyone seems to know everyone and even a new guy can come in and feel right at home. There is a strong sense of family within the organization. Everyone, I really mean everyone, is friendly and very easy to talk to, regardless of their role in the organization.
Cons
More experienced people have been in almost every projects so you have to figure way to get in new projects for you to get promoted in lead role. More collaboration and cross team understanding would be beneficial and help to address challenges more effectively.
