1. Not a Joyful Environment peoples around you will be in Pressurizing zone or behave like they were in Pressure cooker for the past 1 hour 2. No Work Timings, If there is any issue you will be forcefully worked in Midnights 3. You will be always in front of your laptop bcz they will be adding additional task other than work. 4. Software Methodology Process like Agile, Waterfall has not been followed in projects. One of the worst Process ever seen in my Entire Career
