Pros
The learning curve will be good for initial days. Once you get those stuffs, the work is like boredom here. You will not be finding any new interesting work then. Everyday you will be repeating the same set of procedures.
Cons
The biggest problem is the poor work life balance and the management. The team wants you to work like anything if you are not finished with your assigned work. Since the clients are across countries, one cant find a fixed time to work. Many times the working hours drags beyond 12 hours a day too.
