Pros
Everyone here has been so welcoming and accepting, which I find to be very rare as most companies already have established cliques and won't let you into their "circle" very easliy. But embedUR operates as a family and truly cares about their employees. This mindset shows itself in how employees treat one another and I feel like it says a lot about the kind of company this place is.
Cons
I think the way people treat each other matters more than the more material aspects of a job and that’s how I made my decision on which company to work for.
