Pros
Great Team of people to work with - limited hierachies, if you have an idea you get to work on it and prove it - Management is very open to listening to new ideaz. Its working on getting companies on the WiFi Space! that's the future, thus lot of scope to grow.
Cons
The executive leadership is very much an open door and hands on type of group. Dey are always hard at work on improving the process and issues that come up.
