Business Outlook
Pros
The company overall is solid. Good people to work with.., There's plenty of smart intelligent teamates to mingle - to have more fun. pros: timely increments, on time salary, long term projects (sometimes boring though).
Cons
Youare so comfortable thayt you avoid even looking for options outside the organisation. To me Comp & Ben structure could be better though.Please improve the incentive structure and the unhealthy snacks.
