Cons
Every monthly company meeting has the CEO echoing how strong the cash position of the company is, as if it's some sort of assurance, yet as evident by the multitude of recent reviews here the status-quo is organizational mismanagement and layoffs. This has been a finance driven company since the internal promotion of CFO to CEO - which is paradoxical given the most recent rebranding of the sales org as a "growth" team, led by an over-indexed C suite that cannot provide a consistent GTM strategy. Within the sales (growth) org, poor hires at the manager and director levels have resulted in churn through nearly all hierarchies of positions, ultimately leaving legacy employees to pick up the slack until they are inevitably moved to another team or let go. - Career growth and internal opportunities are rare. Yearly/Quarterly performance review structures have gone through multiple iterations where the net results end up being mostly meaningless, which can be a pro or con based on your viewpoint - Lack of accountability among leaders. There is a persistent culture of corporate doublespeak where leadership is more concerned with keeping their jobs than getting things done. Hours wasted in meetings where the prevailing thought leaving one is, "now what?" - Internal data structure: different departments create their own, conflicting reports to meet their own goals, leading to confusion and mistrust. With no plans to replace prior analytical leaders this is likely to continue
