Pros

I have never worked with a more caring, passionate and smart group of people. The culture has been incredible... until recently.

Cons

Recent changes in leadership has killed the company culture recipe which used to be held in such high regard. New CEO has been anything but transparent since taking over and when he is challenged he gets defensive and childish. The new CEO has brought in his silicon valley buddy to be the new CRO and in less than 3 weeks there has been a major layoff and a reorganization. How can a responsible CRO make such dramatic changes in THREE weeks unless he had access to the books/numbers prior to joining the organization??? Is this even legal? Teams were never given the chance to advocate for themselves or help educate new leader on how they can add value. Current employees are now operating on fear and have been given such egregious comp goals that it seems like they are just being forced out. The new reorg and goals are only self-serving to the very top and new CEO only cares about going public and hitting his HUGE sales numbers for a strong IPO.

Pros

-great coworkers -work from home

Cons

Long one so bare with me. New CEO and CRO came in and gave us their word they would not change the culture. Within the same breath, completely destroyed the notorious culture that the majority of employees started at. Everyone lives in fear of the next move. Laid off our best leaders, and nearly half of its employees. Raised goals to be unobtainable. Communication is lower than poor. Zero transparency (but when CEO is questioned on it, he says it goes both ways and will not own up to the obvious lack of transparency). Company morale is at an all time low, and days are now being spent working on resumes to find a better company, or to prepare the inevitable lay offs. New leadership does not care to listen to their employees. Just accept the awful changes, or leave. "Grow at all costs" is the absolute best way to describe our new leadership. This is not the company it was.

Pros

The people below C-Suite are great and are trying to keep our heads afloat with all the changes and attitude we get from C levels. The worker bees are so helpful and supportive of one another.

Cons

Unlimited PTO is now limited, tracked, and micromanaged. So now it’s limited PTO - that they still call unlimited PTO because if they offer regular PTO that could actually be cashed in when/if you leave the company. So we can’t earn PTO that translates to actual money AND we don’t have unlimited PTO. Total grift. All of the perks that Nihad PROMISED he wouldn’t take away are gone. New rules, restrictions, and an overall attitude that the bottom have got to hustle more for less is gross and on par with how CEO’s are treating the people who do the work. Nihad promised he wouldn’t replace employees with AI but we are seeing how he loves to create false trust then rip things away so I’m sure that’s coming - but it will be framed as “more efficient” and told to smile and keep quiet. Firing a ton of experienced sales people and account executives only to hire a bunch of new ones for less money who don’t know what they are doing - making more work for the rest of us to train while still getting our regular work done. More more more for less less less. The percentage of even our “livable wage” raise yearly is laughable. Then to be offered a measly 5% bonus while the top gets 10% feels like another kick.
