Pros
-Company is full of incredibly talented individuals across all departments who are genuinely passionate about their field -Regularly scheduled weeks/annual trip where the company can come together in one location -Summer Fridays -Great office in Boston -In-office meal benefits
Cons
-Unlimited PTO comes with undisclosed/unfair caveats due to few who abused the privilige -Heavy monitoring which accounts for nearly every minute a rep is clocked in, what they're doing and how quickly they're doing it -High standards set for reps that have and will continue to lead to burnout and low morale -Any changes to performance measurement is justified with, "There were some who were up to no good," so the reps who consistently perform well are negatively impacted and expected to do more with less support -Upward or even lateral mobility within the company is practically nonexistent. Once you are a frontline rep, you will likely stay there unless you get very lucky -Sweeping and regular changes to leadership and department heads leads to layoffs, hiring back for the positions that great people were laid off from, honeymoon, rose-colored glasses removed, dissatisfaction. Rinse and repeat. -The motivation to do well, excel and move up in the organization is stifled by the reality that higher up roles are regularly restructured and often eliminated once they have gotten the best from them.
