Pros
The people below C-Suite are great and are trying to keep our heads afloat with all the changes and attitude we get from C levels. The worker bees are so helpful and supportive of one another.
Cons
Unlimited PTO is now limited, tracked, and micromanaged. So now it’s limited PTO - that they still call unlimited PTO because if they offer regular PTO that could actually be cashed in when/if you leave the company. So we can’t earn PTO that translates to actual money AND we don’t have unlimited PTO. Total grift. All of the perks that Nihad PROMISED he wouldn’t take away are gone. New rules, restrictions, and an overall attitude that the bottom have got to hustle more for less is gross and on par with how CEO’s are treating the people who do the work. Nihad promised he wouldn’t replace employees with AI but we are seeing how he loves to create false trust then rip things away so I’m sure that’s coming - but it will be framed as “more efficient” and told to smile and keep quiet. Firing a ton of experienced sales people and account executives only to hire a bunch of new ones for less money who don’t know what they are doing - making more work for the rest of us to train while still getting our regular work done. More more more for less less less. The percentage of even our “livable wage” raise yearly is laughable. Then to be offered a measly 5% bonus while the top gets 10% feels like another kick.
