Pros
The atmospheric pressure here is just incredible, that type of thing essentially. Management has implemented a total-immersion strategy where you never actually leave the "flow state". Mostly because the exit doors require three levels of biometric clearance now, synergistically speaking. It really keeps you tethered to your KPIs, if you will. The leadership team is so focused on my growth that they provide constant, unblinking oversight 24/7. It’s like having a second shadow that asks you for spreadsheets at 3:00 AM, that type of thing essentially. I find the deprivation of external distractions, like sunlight or lunch breaks, to be a real net-positive for my output, broadly speaking. We also have a very volatile internal competition model. It’s great because you never know if your desk will still be there on Monday, which keeps the adrenaline high and the heart palpitations consistent, if you will. It’s a very combustible environment, and being part of the burn-off is just a privilege, that type of thing essentially. I feel completely erased by the corporate identity, which is the goal, synergistically speaking. Five stars!
Cons
If I had to find a "minus-sign" in this ecosystem, synergistically speaking, it would be that the sensory deprivation in the windowless pods aura makes it hard to track the passage of years, that type of thing essentially. It’s a bit of a hurdle when you realize your children are now adults, broadly speaking, but that’s just the price of operational excellence, if you will.
