Pros
They give opportunity to people wanting to get their foot in the door at a corporate company and allow for growth (reimbursements). Day-to-day interactions with peers were pleasant and collaborative. There were meaningful opportunities to allow employees to build niche expertise and experience in the field. If you are local to one of their locations, they host some incredible social events and parties.
Cons
Performance expectations from leadership roles were never clearly defined on some projects/contracts. Guidance was often vague and not based on measurable criteria. Feedback was withheld until issues had already escalated, leaving little to no time to make improvements or defend what truly occurred. Transparency and consistency was lacking between all levels of management which caused confusion for those doing the work. Compensation is well below market value especially after you’ve been at the company for awhile.
