Pros

A flexible schedule, that’s about it

Cons

First and foremost this was a scam job, when interviewed it was for a developer job, hired on for that job. They never put me on that job, instead was put in tech support “until the developer job opened” spoiler alert that job never materialized. Short of grabbing people off the street and making them work against their will, this company can’t get worse.

Pros

- A lot of travel time (conferences, meetings, user group meetings, etc.) - Good experience in SaaS

Cons

No accountability within internal teams - Lack of internal communication - Implementation usually takes 2+ years - No commission until implementation is completed - Lack of knowledge on internal teams - Product doesn't work most of the time - Many unhappy clients - Clients leaving all of the time - Pay is horrible - They do not give any raises - Bonus consists of a $15 gift card
