Cons
Since starting my job for i3 I’ve found that I leave work about everyday frustrated with how this company runs. Management doesn’t give 2 shizs about their lower level employees, often times putting words in our mouths and making us out to be a bad guy rather than focusing on fixing whatever problem arises on a given day. Training for this job was almost non-existent with i3 not having any sort of official training. They buy companies then whatever company they bought they throw their training out the window and do it the “i3 way”. Which leaves new hires and future hires with no understanding of how the product works. This helps nobody but management and HR because when you don’t train your employees correctly, there are problems that arise. Which then needs management or HRs attention where they villainize whoever did whatever. Which inflates HR and Managements egos which they love! I’ve never worked at a company like this one and I hope I never do again. People love to lie and go behind other people’s back. If you have a legitimate question you more than likely will get a backhanded response or no response at all. So good luck with inadequate training trying to figure things out when they respond in the manner above when asking a basic question.
