no room to move up. the only time you ever move up is if the person above you leaves. VERY VERY LOW base pay for the amount of work asked. VERY UNREALISITC goals and expectations. seems like they do this on purpose to stop you from looking like you overachieved and use it as leverage to ask for a raise. very basic health benefits. no 401K whatsoever. don't waste your time here unless you have zero experience and need a stepping stone job.
