Pros
401k match, PTO for Birthdays, good bonuses, chill people to work around, chill job positions if you aren't doing manual labor. Company parties/food every now and then.
Cons
Roaches, unrealistic expectations from management, couple OSHA violations here and there, non competitive pay, you get better interest rates at a bank than the pay raises here, get screwed over pay wise if you test inconclusive for covid.
