This organization has too many issues it’s difficult where to start, but here it goes: 1. Incompetent “managers” with little training on how to lead 2. Terrible IT leadership that stalls work instead of finding solutions and sends staff on endless rabbit holes 3. Executive leadership has major character flaws and treats staff like disposable capital 4. Terrible “culture” that everyone mocks and takes as a joke 5. Lots of roles and titles given to people undeserving of their positions

You can find some highly intelligent and strategic thinkers here. The company has had a focus of scaling for growth over the last 2 years, understanding and documenting processes and implementing automation and other efficiencies. The software that we offer and customer experience is the top priority. Focus on culture, collaboration and transparencies has been a positive change. Being a smaller company, you can see where your contributions directly impact the success of your team and the company overall.

Cons

Be expected to have a full workload. If you show interest in growth and taking on more projects, your daily workload will not reduce- but there is a lot of room for growth.
