Business Outlook
Pros
Positive work environment where the company invests in the employees. Smaller company growing rapidly where everyone can make a difference and be recognized for exceptional performance as part of a team. Stocked kitchen with snacks, prepared meals at very reasonable price.
Cons
A newer company that is still experiencing day to day growing pains. Vacation time is only 2 weeks and sick days are separate where as with past employers you get to pool them into PTO and use them however you wish.
