Pros
It's an open and flexible environment where departments and employees are free to interact and enhance each-others' experience. It's small enough where you always feel like you're making an impact. Everyone in the company believes in the direction of iDevices and stands with our products. With the open communication, everyone knows what big decisions and directions every part of the company is going. The company has gone from a handful of employees to over 50 in the last year or so. Oh, and we have an incredible chef onsite.
Cons
There are definitely some growing pains evident, sometimes. It can feel like the company didn't expect to grow so quickly, so there isn't always a good process in place for obstacles you might encounter.
