Work-life balance doesn’t exist. One of the worst is, leaves will not be encashed if you leave before 3 years. They won’t allow you to take leaves and they won’t even encash your leaves. Weeks of leaves are granted by managers but others can’t even take 2 consecutive days of leaves. Shift starts at 10 but there is no end time at all, they will make you work till midnight, once or twice a week is fine but in here, it will be for everyday. Micromanagement on every task you perform. Even with 8+ years of experience, they won’t let you work individually on even a tiny task.
