Pros

They will provide good compensation Good top-level management tries to keep with company standards, but support teams will drag it down.

Cons

Not much to learn We cannot change the project if you want too IT support never support(I never saw them picking the call) HR teams really won't follow any process for people engagement, feedbacks, exit process, salary settlement(you won't get if you didn't follow up). The finance team never applies tax benefits asks us to reimburse in IT returns so pathetic), the food card won't reload on-time. OVERALL NOT RECOMMENDED

Good place to work but depends on Project

Pros

Flexible timings opportunities to learn and improve skills Good work-life balance but purely based on project

Cons

Some projects kill the personal life balance. Daily have to spend more than 12 hrs and even weekends also. Yearly salary hike is less compared to market standards. For acquiring future projects from same client, management used to give very short estimation and push employees to complete within timeline. This is kind of manager's incapability.
