During the hiring process, it was communicated that the company had a strong pipeline of AI projects. However, after joining, it became clear that only a limited number of projects were available, and most of them currently have very limited scope. The organization is still in the process of acquiring new projects, which may be challenging for employees expecting hands-on or advanced AI work immediately. Role expectations discussed during recruitment did not fully align with the actual work opportunities available at the time of joining.

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
