Cannot find any pros so far

Cons

You can not say no but everyone else can - worst work life balance Total discrimination, blame games, favoritism to family and friends, if you are not one of them, you will have worst time at work Changing work expectations every day, expect you to know everything from design to testing without any training or guidance or support If you ask question, you are blamed to be not smart Rude management, not a healthy work place to be at

Pros

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
