Pros

Just as with any other consulting company, there are lots of opportunities in here. A good number of h1b South Indian slaves are recruited here and since they are on h1b visa, they work as bonded laborers. If you are willing to do the same, Join here.

Cons

If you know an Indian language - Tamil, you can survive here!. You better learn this language before you join. If you are on temporary visa, don't ever dream of joining here. You are better off joining any other company. I wonder where USCIS is. Not sure how there are no state/federal audits on this company.

Pros

Work involves modern tech stack.

Cons

Don't expect career hike or appraisal for a long number of years from joining. Best option is to hardball and negotiate for highest amount before joining. Another downside is that most employees are forced to take a pay cut or voluntarily downgrade their designation after joining, due to market financial implications and organization health.
