Before joining this company I tried hard to look for its review but I found most of the reviews are from non tech people who works into insurance. So I decided to put this review for those people who works into technical domain ( AI, development, java, .net etc ) You will be put under incompetent manager who has past certified experience into production support. Imagine he would be guiding you to develop AI products. Micromanagement at its peak You will be scolded two times in a day in front of everyone during online meetings. No one ask you about estimating your task. You will be given deadline to complete in 1 hour/immediately or you will put under the bus. In first week of joining you will hear your incompetent manager talking about firing two developers from different team. Such discussion was just to create fear in your mind. And who knows that's actually true whatever it could be but talking about firing employees in first week of joining company, is such a red flag. I decided to leave company very next moment. Male employee are vulnerable compared to opposite gender. ( Personal observation). You will be told nobody leaves organization for long time and bla bla...but I have seen people leaving in short span.
