The issue is they are laying off much needed people. I understand difficult decisions need to be made because the company is in a terrible financial position. However, you are in this constant loop of layoffs — those of us left onshore not knowing how to do the job of the people they layoff — upper management expecting projects to be completed yesterday. It’s constantly chaotic, exhausting and stressful beyond words. - Expensive and terrible benefits
